I get the question, ‘What is a Shadow Reading’ a lot. I connect with your Shadow side. We all have a Shadow. We are all made up of light and dark, the yin/yang. Our Shadow is the side of us that typically we hide. It is our part that when we were younger, even before school we freely enjoyed. It is the side of us that has been shamed, bullied. We ultimately repress it and dim our light.

The sad thing is, this is the side of us filled with passion, creativity, this is the side of us that lights our body and soul on fire! As adults we get so caught up in the daily tasks of life and working hard, we don’t take care of our inner child…but deep down, ultimately, this is the core of who we really are.

To create a balanced life, to create a life that you enjoy to it’s fullest, to let your light shine…it’s extremely important to understand your shadow. This is where I can step in and help you discover your true self!!!
